The purchase was wayyyyy off size (too small), different pattern (not as elaborate and it's a navy blue, not regal blue in color. The seller insists my measurements were used. Not possible. I too am a seamstress and know how to measure. He continues to imply "He did nothing wrong," I'm tired of back and forth. I've requested a REFUND. The WORST EVER I dealth with...too bad
