I received my order very quickly, and I am very staisfied by the items, above all the pants which is too longer (but I knew it). I return the dress because it doesn't fit properly, I need a larger size but the fabric (so thick) and the color are very good. Thx Grass-fiel, always a pleasure.

This is the first time I order Grassfield items via Afrikrea. It was an overall disappointing experience. But it has nothing to do with the product per se because they have great product but it is more related to the customer service.
I ordered a pant AND a top that where available on Afrikrea. But two days later I receive an e-mail telling me they were out of stock but a could wait a couple days and they'll be back in stock or order something else. I choose to wait. When the products were ready, I never received them because they got lost by the carrier.
Since the products I ordered in the first place where not available anymore, the customer service gave me the option to order ONE other product (even if I ordered TWO) and offerered an another item in compensation ( item that I couldn't choose).
I wish more options were given to me regarding the situation. And that at least I could place an order similar to the one I originally made (Top + Pant).
I received a top and a "gifted" headwrap, that I didnt really needed or wanted ...

I purchased 7 items and received 3 of them. I had a difficult time receiving my refund for the 4 items that I did not receive; communication dropped, and promises were made that was not kept. The 3 items I did get were good.
I would suggest inquiring if items are available for immediate shipping, if they are not I would select something else.
Even though my experience was not all positive, someone else's may be better. Knowing what I know, I would do things differently if I were to purchase from Green-Fields again.

I just opened my item, and while it's gorgeous, one side came and looks damaged, it looks like a pressing or shiny type of stain on the right side, the seam was undone as well, I really need this for July 15- can i somehow get a new item and send this back?

I am Very disappointed...I buy It on 18th May and I get It on 30th of June...between seller and me 16 Messages. At the end I accept Another color because the one i chose was not available...at t'he end I get an size L that fits my younger Sister Who wear a size S ...17 inches ist t'he Pant on the hips...are you serious! The Size of the Top is ok...I dont gonna send It back because It gonna be Another Headache but I never gonna buy in this Store again...I wanted to wear It on a important date exactly in 3 days well It dont gonna be possible...I am Very angry! :(

I ordered Ruth kimono, xs and Cherise Kimono,
After placing my order Grass-field sent an email stating the Ruth kimono was no longer available in xs. I asked for a refund (which I never received). In the meantime I placed another order for the same item in size medium and received size xs today. They never refunded. me for the other Ruth kimono and I'm still waiting for Cherise kimono. Beautiful clothes but TERRIBLY HORRIBLE customer service.
I would think twice before buying from this seller. They kept my money and I don't have the merchandise promised me Also, Afrikrea did not help resolve the issue which was negligent.
I have received the Ose dress. It is absolutely beautiful!!!!!

Fast delivery top, I took size S, but the skirt is too big there I don't understand why it is so big (size) too bad But it is pretty so I will maybe adjust it at a tailor
