The order was well received, however the shipping process was neither as quick nor as clear as when I have ordered other things on your platform. I used the link to keep track of the delivery via FedEx and fo 5 days there was no change in status and no notes to say what was happening. Initially on purchase the estimated delivery time was less than 5 days and it became over 11. No explanation why.
Hello I received my order. The Kimono suits me very well, on the other hand the pink dress less well, but I'm going on vacation and I'm back at the beginning of September, I think it may be too late for a return .. ..I don't have time to do it now. J'ai bien reçu ma commande.le Kimono me va très bien,par contre la robe rose moins bien,mais je pars en vacances et je reviens début septembre,je pense que c'est peut être trop tard pour un retour....je n'ai plus le temps de le faire maintenant.

I am so annoyed with this company. I have ordered the odan set and received non matching set. I contected them and they sent me the wrong item again. Now i want to get a return label to return the mess they sent. No one is nowhere to respond to my message. You want to support black business but if it is to be that messed up no thank you! This will be my very last order with them. Since they careless about my money i will keep it.
