Delivery
Once payment is cleared, delivery will be made using UK Royal Mail service.

For UK delivery, we use Royal Mail Signed For™ 2nd Class with
Signed proof your parcel has reached its destination. Usually delivers in 3-5 working days.

For delivery to Europe, we use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. This is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery and an online delivery confirmation. Usually delivers in 3-5 working days.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our product, we have created this 14-day returns policy to enable you return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

Refunds will be in full if goods are returned under our 14-day policy below:

1) All returns must be made within 14 days following the date of delivery of the product and returned items must be securely wrapped and packaged.

2) The returned product must be unused, in its original, unopened packaging with labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

3) We recommend using a posting method that provides proof of delivery.

4) Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer’s expense.

5) Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible.

6) Refunds will be including the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
