We sincerely do our best to make sure your order comes out exactly the way you want but things might not always work out or the customer might change their mind. Please read our policies below to make sure everything is understood before placing an order.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.

Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns of unworn merchandise provided the wrong item, size or color was delivered. However, we do not accept items that are altered locally once delivered. We cannot accept returns on orders where the color or design was personally chosen by the buyer.
All return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
We will process your refund within 7 business days from the date of receipt of your returns at our facility. Please note that depending on your credit or debit card company, it may take additional days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please note that if you choose to receive your refund via the original form of payment, you will not be reimbursed for any original shipping and handling fees. Discounts availed through a gift coupon, special offer or any other promotional offer will be deducted while processing refunds.
Please request f0r a return within 24 hours of receiving an item and let us know your reason for returning said item(s).
Exchanges
Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), please return your item(s) and place a new order & feel free to mention any changes that we should take into account from your previous order.
SHIPPING
We ship to almost all countries worldwide through DHL. We ship only to physical shipping addresses. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes, APO / FPO addresses
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple locations. We ship to the address used whilst pacing your order.
Shipping address changes must be requested before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, cancelled, or diverted to a different shipping address.
Three attempts to deliver your package will be made by our shipping courier. If you’re not available during these attempts, our courier will ask you to contact them to arrange a delivery of your package for a time when you’ll be present to receive it.
Lost packages: If you haven’t actually received your order after receiving a delivery confirmation email from us, please contact us within 3 days from the date you receive our delivery confirmation email. We will not be responsible for the cost or replacement of lost or misplaced packages if notified later than the time frame mentioned above.
ORDER PROCESSING
1. All our products are custom made to order. Please allow 10-17 days for us to make it and get it to your door.
2. We cannot change color or style of design once work has started on an order.
3. All modifications must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
4. Please note that while orders typically arrive in as above, occasional delays in the international shipping process do occur.
TAX, CUSTOM AND DUTIES
All our apparel is custom-made before being shipped directly you. Since we don’t advance produce or store our clothing, there may be additional customs or duty fees associated with your order beyond the actual shipping cost for your items.
PAYMENTS
All promotional discount codes, gift coupons, and gift cards are available for one-time use only and may not be transferred, re-issued, or exchanged for cash, unless explicitly specified.
