I contacted the shop, because my size is somewhere between two sizes. They answered quickly and offered to customize it. I received the dress soon afterwards (pretty fast, wow!) and I am delighted :D

Dakrol was the first store on Afrikrea that I came across. I decided to purchase several dresses based on their reviews, selection and price point. I am very thankful that I decided to only order one dress. Was completely disappointed when I received my dress. Dakrol totally disregarded my measurements that were sent in numerous Emails to confirm my order. When I receive this high low dress, the sizing was completely off. I am 5â8â tall and they Tailored the dressed for someone over 6 feet. The high portion of the dress was 48 inches and the low portion was 60 inches long. Arm circumference 2 inches too big! The dress looks ridiculous!! Even with heels it drags on the floor. Looks nothing like the perfect construction in the photo. To make matters worse, the fabric in the photo was not available and they expected me to pay extra for alternative fabric. I already paid for the dress so they decided to let it go. This is not the way to do business. Why do we have to treat our own people this way without any culpability, customer service or integrity? Itâs easy to give raving reviews when you receive an item without flaws. What distinguishes a reputable trust worthy company is how they deal handle issues such as this. I do not recommend purchasing items from Dakrol.

Impossible de l'enfiler car la fermeture éclair n'est pas assez longue. Je devrai l'apporter à un tailleur local pour des modifications afin d'installer une fermeture à glissiÚre plus longue le long de la couture latérale ou de la couture arriÚre. Je pense qu'en fin de compte, je pourrai m'intégrer une fois que je serai capable de le faire.
