Hereâs my honest take on this wig and experience with this site. The wig itself is well constructed. The issue I have is that the listing said human hair and this is clearly not human hair. I installed the wig after having had to put products in it to reduce the frizz. It is extremely knotted and frizzes after a few hours of wearing. Initially I had about 10 times the amount of hair shown shed before installing the hair. I slept with a bonnet and wake up to frizzy hair again and have to go through using my fingers to untangle it and adding more product to reduce the frizz. Every time about the amount of hair shown in the sink comes off. I requested a refund as this is not what I wanted to purchase. If the listing says human hair thatâs what the wig should be made of not synthetic hair which frizzes in a few hours. The cost to ship the product back wonât even make sense to do as Iâd be spending almost half of the cost of the wig to ship it to the seller. I asked the seller for her phone number so I could create the shipping label she told me the wig needs to be in its original form and refused to send her number. I understand that yes it would be difficult to accept a used wig but the wig clearly is not made of human hair as described. So Iâll just take this as a loss on my part and keep the wig and try to figure out how to make it work as Iâve already spent money to purchase it. I will definitely not be buying another wig from this seller or site as the return shipping cost is way too much to make sense to return the item.
Unfortunately, I had no good experience with the product or the seller. It was supposed to be express, but it took a month. Moreover, it was not what I had expected, and when I tried to negotiate a new one, she did not respond to my messages anymore. The qua ity of the braid is good, tho. The qu ity is here but not the customer service.

Voici mon point de vue honnĂȘte sur cette perruque et mon expĂ©rience avec ce site. La perruque elle-mĂȘme est bien construite. Le problĂšme que j'ai est que la liste dit cheveux humains et ce ne sont clairement pas des cheveux humains. J'ai installĂ© la perruque aprĂšs avoir dĂ» y mettre des produits pour attĂ©nuer les frisottis. Il est extrĂȘmement nouĂ© et frise aprĂšs quelques heures de port. Au dĂ©part, j'avais perdu environ 10 fois la quantitĂ© de cheveux montrĂ©e avant d'installer les cheveux. J'ai dormi avec un bonnet et je me suis rĂ©veillĂ© Ă nouveau avec des cheveux crĂ©pus et je dois utiliser mes doigts pour les dĂ©mĂȘler et ajouter plus de produit pour rĂ©duire les frisottis. Chaque fois que la quantitĂ© de cheveux affichĂ©e dans l'Ă©vier se dĂ©tache. J'ai demandĂ© un remboursement car ce n'est pas ce que je voulais acheter. Je comprends que oui, il serait difficile d'accepter une perruque usagĂ©e, mais la perruque n'est clairement pas faite de cheveux humains comme dĂ©crit. Je vais donc simplement considĂ©rer cela comme une perte de ma part, garder la perruque et essayer de comprendre comment la faire fonctionner car j'ai dĂ©jĂ dĂ©pensĂ© de l'argent pour l'acheter. Je n'achĂšterai certainement pas une autre perruque auprĂšs de ce vendeur ou de ce site car les frais de retour sont bien trop Ă©levĂ©s pour avoir du sens pour retourner l'article.
