Measurement and Fittings

Zeluchi Charles (ZC) will provide all the measurement requirements for the client to ensure it meets our basic standards for us and a virtual measurement session will be conducted for the client. 
A virtual fitting session is advised and would be scheduled to ensure proper fitting.
Whilst ZC endeavours to ensure proper fitting of the outfits based on measurements provided to ZC when done virtually by the client. ZC shall not be liable for fitting issues where the client does not agree to a virtual measurement and fitting session or where there is a change in measurement provided due to an increase in the size of the client. However, ZC can fix such sizing issues where possible provided the customer pays for the returns and shipping back to them.

FOR READY-TO-WEAR & MADE-TO-MEASURE
Measurement for proper Fitting

Zeluchi Charles (i.e. AzzurybyZeluchiCharles) will not carry measurements with regards to made-to-measure, but will provide all the measurement requirements for the client to ensure it meets our basic standards for us and a visual measurement explanation will be attached to aid the client. For ready-to-wear, we use a world-accepted but modified module that was technically made to fit the global woman.
No fitting sessions at our studio are needed.
For made-to-measure; Whilst AzzurybyZC endeavours to ensure properly fitting outfits based on measurements given by the client. ZC shall not be liable for fitting issues where a wrong measurement is sent by the client. However, where possible, ZC shall fix such sizing issues provided the customer returns the outfit within the return policy terms.

NOTE: For clients that prefer more fitted garments and not loose-fitting garments (with the exception of garments that are styled for a loose fit). Made to Measure is advised for clients in this category.

Delivery Terms
What is the estimated delivery time for made-to-measure?
The normal production cycle is at least 3 working days, but orders/outfits with complexities such as design, beading, accessories etc., which would require more time would be made known to the client. Plus delivery is dependent on Location and the delivery time of DHL

Returns & refunds policy
For wrong sizing or style defects on cloth(s) received: Re-work will be done if communicated to Zeluchi Charles within 1 week of receiving the order, with no cost to the client, but no refund can be made.
