Purchase policy and Sales Policy
To avoid errors due to sizing,you will be required to refer to our size chart which will be provided upon purchase of all our footwear items and clear guidlines on how to measure and give correct foot description.
Incase of dissatisfaction of the purchased product,you are eligible for an exchange of a similar product but of the same price.
Cancelling of products before shipping and after production attract a penalty of 50% of the total cost
We will take full responsibility of mismatched items,defect due to production or damage due to shipping.
Return Policy
Returns are only acceptable within 4 days upon delivery
Only unused items are eligible for return
Incase of exchange due to wrong size or fitting,shipping should be made within 3 days
The customer is responsible for return fee incase of return but otherwise if the fault is from our side
Warranty and repair policy
All our products have 3 months warranty policy.
Repairs will be done at no cost regardless of period of use
Repairs will take a maximum of 6 days
The client will be responsible for shipping and delivery costs
Refunds Policy
