While I loved the quality of the shoe, and I appreciated the sellers responsiveness, I had to rank my experience low as I ultimately will not be able to wear the shoes.

(I've never had to have that conversation for this style of shoe, so I'm not sure how best to advise.)

I really liked them and the seller was willing to work with me on a solution...however, after uncovering the prohibitive shipping cost to return to seller (more than twice what I paid), I tried to get them fixed locally (which also would have been cost-prohibitive).
