Not sending at all fast, in addition the hat was not in a box but a plastic bag, I got it in poor condition ... totally deformed. Really disappointed.

I need to make the lenght shorter. Before I buy, seller told me they wil sent me a video on how to make it shorter. Once arrived I asked for the video but didn't get it (see attachment). They ask for a review ok, that's the reason why I write this one. If they gave me the video I didn't had to mentioned that. They sent in DHL packaging one clasp was broken. I think it could be better packed. Some can't be closed see picture. Now I have to find by myself how to make them closed and shorter. Delivery was very fast. They made the colors I asked for. The reason for the 2 stars.

Beautiful jewelry but different from the one I fell in love with (appears in the ad). Packaging to be reviewed (put in a bag) because it arrived misshapen. No return because I like its originality but disappointed.
