We at Rethar’s Hub exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that customers get the best quality products. As a very big part of our quality assurance, each and every order is inspected thoroughly before shipping to ensure that each items is of standard. Exchanges are only available for items that are deemed to be manufacturer’s error. We encourage each customer to take advantage of all photos, videos, and relevant product information available for each item before making a purchase.
To be eligible for a Return and exchange;
First: Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number)
Second: If the item needs to be exchanged, please notify us via email at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. We must receive the item within 7 days of delivery. Items received after 7 days will be deemed used by customer and will be returned to customer.
Third: Please take a picture of the item that is defective. Then send the picture and video to us via email so that our Sales Manager can review item to determine if exchange will be granted. You will be notified via email if exchange is approved.
Fourth: All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for an exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible to pay for shipping costs to return item(s). However, we will send new item(s) back to customer at no cost. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please allow 5-10 business days for replacement to be shipped. You will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation.
