Sale Policy

Conditions necessary for return or exchange: The returned item must be unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order form or invoice. Products returned damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be exchanged or refunded. Due to the nature of some items, unless they arrive damaged or faulty, I cannot accept returns for custom orders, earrings (for health/hygiene reasons) return or exchange shipping costs are your responsibility. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the buyer's responsibility. Refunds: Refunds are always made on your Afrikrea virtual wallet.
