At no time did I have visibility of the shipment of my order. I had to contact the Afrikrea service because the seller remained silent in front of my messages of concern. After several unanswered messages. I requested a cancellation of my order and that's when my package was sent after I had requested a cancellation. No professionalism I am DISAPPOINTED.

The earrings are exactly like the picture. Very nice! However I think the way it was packaged may have caused minor scratches, but nothing that ruins them for me. I would recommend maybe individually wrapping each earrings or something to avoid scratches. I still love them!
