I have had a nightmare of an experience with this company. I have ordered this earring twice and have never received what is in the photo. The last purchase took five emails to ask where my order was. I truly believe it was not for customer service I would have received nothing I am closing my account with anka. And will never order again.
The jewelry lived up to my expectations but it took almost 4 weeks to receive my package! If it was not my island of origin I would have refused the package and requested a refund because I had no information other than shipping on time. First time I'm struggling even though I'm a loyal customer of the platform!
Le bijoux est à la hauteur de mes espérances mais il a fallu presque 4 semaines pour recevoir mon colis! Si ce n’était pas mon île d’origine j’aurai refusé le colis et demandé un remboursement car je n’ai eu aucune information à part l’expédition en temps et en heure. 1ere fois que je galère alors que je suis une cliente fidèle de la plateforme !
Very pretty model, I like it a lot. Just packing it was just the place where my attachment was slightly corvier I was able to straighten it. Because the part that passes without the earlobe pierces the packaging, which almost caused the box.

Juste l'emballer était juste l'endroit où ont mes l'attache était légèrement corvier j'ai pu le redresser.
Car la partit qui passe sans le lobe de l'oreille à transpercer l'emballage, ce qui à faillit causer la case.
