Kwelaku was started as Kancky, a tribal tunic line started from the founder’s campus room back in 2014, styling mostly family and friends. The brand has now evolved into a full-fledged womenswear label, operating out of her Lagos HQ and adorning women from all walks of life and every part of the world.

The Kwelaku brand is multifaceted, offering different categories of women’s clothing under the following main divisions:
-Kwelaku Hand Dyed- consisting of artisanal batik and indigo masterpieces
-Kwelaku Indigenous- consisting of digital tribal print pieces
-Kwelaku Essentials- consisting of solids in our signature silhouettes.
