Sale Policy
Dear Kancky Doll, before purchasing any product from Kancky co., Please take the time to read our policy on RETURN, EXCHANGE and REFUND terms for all of our products:
1. All sales are final and refunds are not allowed for all products.
2. However, as a commitment to our customers, we allow some exceptions for Exchange. Kancky will make the exchange, but will not pay the shipping cost, except in the following cases: A. If the product is incorrect, pattern, color, length, quality. B. If the customer receives a multi-item delivery with missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours. If it is Kancky's fault, we will send the rest of the items immediately, but if the shipping company is faulty, we will wait for their decision to accept the claim and provide compensation in some way. If the customer shows up too late (after 48 hours), we will not accept the complaint and cannot send you compensation. C. As stated above, if you do not receive your order within 48 hours from the date shown on the shipment status, please contact us immediately. Besides, if customer provides wrong address and the order is missing, we will not take any responsibility.
3. Kancky co. will not accept exchange due to the following cases: A. Customer has used, damaged, cut, washed, destroyed the labels/tags/packaging materials or altered the product in any way before notifying us of the product condition. B. Customer wants to change pattern, color, length, quality without notifying us. C. The customer changes his mind about the agreement entered into before purchasing the product. D. The customer no longer wants to wait for the arrival of the order due to the long delivery time by the shipping company.
4. Products must be returned to us within 72 hours (local) or 168 hours (international) from the day an exchange was authorized. After the period stated above, we will assume that the products are satisfactory, and no exchange is necessary. The exchange request without communication or after 48 hours after receipt of the goods will be rejected. 5. Custom clothing orders cannot be exchanged.
