RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We are hoping that you will be happy with your orders and hope it fit right, however if you are not happy with your orders, we offer returns or exchange if it is return within 10 days of the delivery date and the hang tag and label are not removed, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, no makeup stain or any kind of stain and no smell of fragrances. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of return and exchange. We always make sure to inspect each orders before sending to avoid any mistake but if mistake is done by us, we will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Kindly note sale items can not be return or exchange. We do not accept late returns
REFUNDS
Refunds will be done on items return for refunds. Payments will be returned to the original card that was used for the purchase within 2 to 3 working days. However it might take longer time for the bank to process back the payment. We can keep credit refunds and this will be sent as a code to your email after 2 to 3 days when the item as being received.
