Sale Policy

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the delivery of the article, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, must not be worn. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: - Clothing with obvious signs of use - Any item which is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts missing for reasons which are not due to our error - Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery Refunds We issue refunds under the following conditions: - If we ship a defective / damaged outfit. - If we mistakenly use a fabric different from that chosen by the customer when ordering. - If we use a size different from that chosen by the customer when ordering. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period of time. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially released. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. The delivery costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your traded product to reach you may vary.
