AVAILABILITY ByLury products are handcrafted and therefore handmade and produced to order within the limit of available stocks of raw materials. In the event of a product unavailability after placing your order, we undertake to keep you informed by email or telephone as soon as possible. PRODUCTS & ORDERS Depending on the devices and the brightness of the computer equipment, certain color variations may occur in the photos displayed. If you have any questions about the products, you can of course contact me by message. Knowing that all my pieces are handmade and according to requests: An order preparation time of 3 to 5 days is estimated for each order (if urgent, do not hesitate to send me a message). This order preparation time is different from the delivery time which is 3 days or more depending on your region or country. DELIVERY Orders are shipped by La Poste depending on their size, either by: - Tracked letters. -Colissimo followed. The delivery costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your basket. Delivery costs vary depending on the size of the package, its destination and the service chosen. When the order is shipped, we will automatically send you the package tracking number. From the start and until its arrival, you have the option of tracking your package by indicating its shipment number on the La Poste website. RETURNS & EXCHANGES ByLury undertakes to exchange or reimburse you for products with which you are not satisfied. You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return the products to us. Please contact me before returning an item. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The costs of postal returns are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs charges may be retained in the event of a return from a country outside the European Union.
