Photographs and descriptions are non-contractual. 3. **Price** - Product prices are indicated in euros or CFA, all taxes included. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the Customer and are specified when ordering. 4. **Orders** - The ordering process is detailed on the website. The Customer confirms his order by clicking on the validation button after checking the contents of his basket. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the general conditions of sale. 5. **Payment** - Payment for orders is made online by credit card or any other means of payment accepted by AKENA. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. 6. **Delivery** - Delivery times and costs are indicated when ordering. The Seller undertakes to ship the products as soon as possible after receipt of payment. 7. **Withdrawal and Returns** - In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of return.
