My dress has literally just been delivered and maybe I should have waited to write this review but I am so in awe with the beauty and workmanship I just couldn't wait to let everyone know. This dress far exceeds my expectation. My communicated with the seller before my purchase left me with a positive feeling and you can be sure I will be back.
This is my first custom-made purchase experience but I am extremely disappointed 😢😢 The dress I received is not at all like the photo put on this seller's site. It's really beginner's work, the dress arrived too small for me, badly cut (see photos), and very bad finish. I only put a comment now because I had a hard time digesting the fact that I lost 180€ because I couldn't return the dress. I regret that we cannot reach customer service on this site ☹️
C’est ma première expérience d’achat sur mesure mais je suis extrêmement déçu 😢😢 La robe que j’ai reçu n’est ressemble pas du tout à la photo mis le site de ce vendeur. C’est vraiment du travail de débutant, la robe est arrivée trop petit pour moi, mal coupée (voir photos), et très mauvaise finition. Je mets un commentaire que maintenant parce que j’ai eu du mal à digérer le fait que j’ai perdu 180€ car je n’ai pas pu retourner la robe. Je regrette qu’on ne puisse pas joindre le service clients sur ce site☹️
