Unfortunately, this outfit didn't meet my expectations. I purchased this outfit to attend a wedding in April 2022. I sent my measurements to the seller and I received the outfit in less than 10 day !(Im from Canada).. Once I tried it, I realized it didn't look at all like the outfit on the picture. The ruffles felt very heavy. I could see the the lining through the fabric at the middle of my thighs.. Overall, it looked cheap.
I told the seller that I wasn't pleased with the result. He kindly offered to make me another one.
I think something went wrong with the shipping.. It's only 3 months later that we understood that the parcel did not arrive to destination. I reached out to customers service. The seller had to contact me , then nothing.
Disappointed with several things. First, the order status says "completed" so I just received the package! I don't understand. Then the order was placed several weeks ago. The delivery time is longer than expected. So the event I wanted to put it on for has been over and over for a week now. When ordering, I had asked for a size xxs but what arrived is too long in the arms, in length and the collar is also so wide that it absolutely does not fit on my shoulders. It did not show on the photos that the collar was asymmetrical. Unless it's a cutting defect! I don't know trp. So I'm going to have to pay again for the adjustments when the boubou was already not cheap! I'm just disappointed
Déçue par plusieurs choses. Tout d'abord, le statut de la commande est indiqué comme "terminé" alors je viens à peine de recevoir le colis! Je ne comprends pas.
Ensuite, la commande a été passé il y a plusieurs semaines. Le délai de livraison est plus long que prévu. Donc l'évènement pour lequel je voulais le mettre est passé et terminé depuis une semaine maintenant.
Au niveau de la commande, j'avais demandé une taille xxs mais ce qui est arrivé est trop long au niveau des bras, en longueur et le col est également tellement large qu'il ne tient absolument pas sur mes épaules. Ca ne se voyait pas sur les photos que le col était asymétrique. A moins que ca ne soit un défaut de coupe! Je ne sais pas trp. Donc, je vais devoir payer encore pour les ajustements alors que le boubou n'était déjà pas donné! Je suis tout simplement déçue
J'ai acheté cette robe en deux couleurs différentes pour me faire un cadeau d'anniversaire (mon anniversaire est le 27 mai) et comme toujours, elle est superbe. Ces vêtements ne sont jamais décevants ! J'adore ma robe. Merci à l'équipe Nanawax !
