Order placed without problem on the day... 24 hours later I was contacted to tell me that shipping costs will be charged or second solution "take a second fabric" Despite the high price for fabrics that are certainly pretty but not of great quality qualities as we can sometimes see, I choose option two because paying $30 shipping costs really bothered me. Now, 24 hours later again, I am told that the fabrics are not available.... So I make the effort to choose new fabrics.... But now, despite the 2 fabrics on order, I am being asked for 80 $ additional costs for a shipment... After multiple exchanges with your seller and multiple sendings of emails and screenshots I learned that the order will be sent at no additional cost but with several days of delay.... In short, you You will understand, I am in no way satisfied. I strongly advise against avoiding orders on this site.
Commande effectuée sans problème le jour J... 24h après on me contacte pour me dire que les frais d'envois seront payant ou seconde solution " prendre une deuxième tissus "
Malgré de tarif élevé pour des tissus certes jolis mais pas d'une grande qualités comme on peut le voir parfois, je choisis l'option deux car payer 30$ de frais de port me dérangeait fortement.
Voilà que 24h plus tard encore on m'annonce que les tissus de ne sont pas disponibles....
Je fais donc l'effort de choisir de nouveau tissus....
Mais voilà que malgré les 2 tissus en commande on me réclame 80$ de frais supplémentaires pour un envoies...
Après de multiples échanges avec votre vendeur et de multiples envois de mail et de screenshots j'apprends que la commande sera envoyée sans frais supplémentaires mais avec plusieurs jours de retards....
Bref vous l'aurez compris, je ne suis aucunement satisfait. Je déconseille fortement d'éviter les commandes sur ce site.
