I have had a nightmare of an experience with this company. I have ordered this earring twice and have never received what is in the photo. The last purchase took five emails to ask where my order was. I truly believe it was not for customer service I would have received nothing I am closing my account with anka. And will never order again.
I was pretty disappointed that one of the sets of earrings came broken within the packaging. I'm not sure how that happened but maybe they could have been bubble wrapped themselves apart from the bigger packaging that all of the earrings came in. The wood Africa earrings were not the ones I ordered so I was quite confused by that as well. If the ones I ordered were unavailable, I would've appreciated being asked if I wanted to pick something else. I do appreciate the third pair of earrings that were included that I did not order. I think this was unfortunate but communication goes a long way especially with me. I'm pretty understanding.
