DHL m’a ajouté 28 euros de frais en plus!!! pour récupérer le colis. Un envoie postal simplement, comme sur un autre achat m’aurait évité cette déconvenue. Je n’avais aucune urgence de recevoir ce colis : pourquoi choisir le mode d’envois LE PLUS CHER?
Cela nous chasse, shein, temu ne nous ajoute pas de surcoût et font des envoies simple qui arrivent bien sans taxe. Mon message est constructif pour réfléchir et ne pas huer ce commerce de bons produits que l’on souhaite soutenir : mais avec ce type d envoie le prix est redibitoire…
