I'm normally a size 8 US woman, I sized up to a 9 US, but they are still a little tight, but I am hoping that after breaking them in for a little bit, that they would be more comfortable. Honestly, I am a little disappointed. Shipping took a while, but not longer than expected. The product arrived, the packaging was awful, and the product itself was dirty and dusty, the design logo is missing. I requested a size 9 regular and I received a size 8. Unfortunately, it cost too much to send back, and it's way too much of a hassle to try to get a refund. I bought from this vendor before, so I am extremely disappointed and I am sad to say that this will be my last purchase, unfortunately. I'm still honored to represent my African culture, but for the amount of money that I spent, I expected better.

Their customer service is impeccable. They made their mistake and fixed it by sending me a whole new pair. I am so excited to wear them. Even though, I was disappointed with the first order, I still wore the shoes, and they are so comfortable. I feel like I can wear them all day without my feet hurting. They even sent me some sandals for the inconvenience. I look forward to my next purchase for that I love to support my people especially when they have outstanding customer service.
