I responded that I should not have to pay shipping since I never received the item. Sosden never replied. I paid using PayPal. In order to get money back through PayPal I had to pay a fee and percentage. So basically I paid for nothing!! I would give No Stars, if I could. Afrikrea customer service did nothing to help. I don't trust this company and will NEVER use them again. Because this company was advertised through Essence Magazine, I sent a complaint of dissatisfaction to them as well.
