Finally received word that the item was out of stock (only after asking again, zero seller initiative) and chose a replacement, which would be sent the same day with the guarantee of receipt before July 28th.
The item has still not been received to date.
Overall very unsatisfied with the total lack of communication and customer service.
The skirt is superb but the delivery was much too long. I had ordered the skirt for a wedding and it arrived 3 days after the wedding. I am quite unhappy with the delivery.
