TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE although the actual garment and fabric are good.
This was described as having a belt, so when it arrived without one, I checked with the description in case I'd misremembered - I hadn't - and sent a polite message asking for the belt to be sent. In response, instead of admitting a (perfectly understandable) mistake the seller EDITED THE DESCRIPTION TO REMOVE THIS LINE, then sent me a message saying there is no belt and they never said there was.
The lack of a belt would have been only a minor disappointment, but this underhand action has made me furious.
I will certainly never buy from this seller again, and it even undermines my faith in the whole Afrikrea platform, although I have had good experiences with other sellers.
