I preferred to send a new necklace and it arrived in just 2/3 days (from Kenya to the Netherlands) and this time, everything is perfect! I am very satisfied with my purchase in this shop: the products are beautiful and consistent with the photo and in case of concern (because it is unfortunately not 100% inevitable!) Après avoir reçu un collier défectueux, j'ai contacté la vendeuse (Sylvia) qui a tout de suite réagit en s'excusant avant de me proposer un remboursement complet ou un 2nd envoi (AU CHOIX!!!).
J'ai préféré me faire renvoyer un nouveau collier et il est arrivé en 2/3 jours à peine (du Kenya aux Pays-Bas) et cette fois ci, TOUT EST PARFAIT!
