Huge problems with DHL and Customs: they contacted the recipient my friend Affua Akuffo for who I polanned this as a surprise present...of Course she didn´t know what to say.
They want to know all sorts of Things like shipping cost and the materials the snadals are made of which I cannot answer...very strange, still do not have received but am still hoping to recieve the delivery.
I will give it a 5 star on fast shipping and a 4 star on my gladiator sandal cause I received the wrong size when asked if I can return it for the right size I was told it will be Bit of a hassle to return it. So the owner asked for an extra $25 us to send me the correct size which I did paid, i am still waiting for 2 second shipment to be done.
