I explained the situation to the seller hoping to get a solution as the dress came in not as picture,big despite me sending them a video of my measurements but instead the seller turn the table on me and acted like he was the victim and I was the one who wronged him.this is upset 😡 also I choose a different color of fabric and the seller send a different one

I didn't expect the dress to be so heavy. My husband had a hard time zipping it up. A lot of long threads tangled. The sleeve fabric itches. I can't say that I like or love the dress.

Well made, fits my plus size perfectly, love the fabric as shown on site, made made and delivered quickly, loved the way my special instructions were followed. Beautifully made dress, exactly to my proportions. Unfortunately, the fabric I chose was not available and the dress was made in a different print without my knowledge. The new print was pretty and acceptable, but I wish I was notified ahead of receipt. Also, be cautious when there are two images in the dress photo. I desired the design on the left and received the design on the right. dress photo. *this was my fault for not being clear!
Overall, lovely dress, good communication and fast delivery!
