I'm a true size 4 US. Nothing extreme about any part of my body. I sent my measurements before I placed the order and was told that the Size Small would be the size to order. Come to find out that the Size Small is not my size. The fit around my legs were tight, the back could't be zipped up all the way and the uncomfortable fit in the crotch made it seem like the garment was made for someone shorter than me (I'm 5' 7"). And I have to pay to return the merchandise even though I was ill-advised by the Seller. Very disappointed.
