Disappointment! The dress turned to OK luckily enough the customer care procedure was a mess. I have been asked to do so, but it is also time for the wedding (even though it is supposed to be faster than the delivery delivery). My dress left Toronto then had a stop in NY and then Jamaica (!) To go back to NY and finally arrives in France ... The delivery company could not call me theirs ... Long story short, I got my dress after I ordered it. I understand the delivery company is partially to blame, but the seller took a while to deliver the package. Moreover, the lack of assistance was a total nightmare. At the end of everything, my request for free shipping was rejected. However, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the customer care team.
