Extremely disappointed with the after sales service. I placed 8 orders and never had a problem but there. Already one article less, I reported it for explanations (theft or forgetfulness) and I was delivered the wrong banner, I reported it and nothing. I sent several messages and I only had a return to the beginning and then nothing. So with Nanawax you just have to hope that everything goes well otherwise we won't even answer you. Really disappointed.
Extrêmement déçue du service après vente. J’ai passé 8 commandes et jamais eu de soucis mais là. Déjà un article en moins, je l’ai signalé pour avoir des explications ( vol ou oubli) et on m’a livré le mauvais bandeau, je l’ai signalé et rien. J’ai envoyé plusieurs messages et je n’ai eu qu’un retour au début et puis plus rien. Donc avec Nanawax il faut juste espérer que tout se passe bien sinon on ne vous répond même pas. Vraiment déçue.

I am not satisfy with the jumpsuit. Since I contacted nanawax before the purchase via message on Instagram asking them about the size *small *of the dress but they never answer what make me go for *medium* that is too long for me. Now I have to find and alternative way to reduce it.
However I am satisfy with the quality of the bag. Thanks.
