Terrible experience. The seller never acknowledged any of my messages regarding the product return and refund. Although the seller was tracked to have received and signed for delivery, but we had to contact AFRIKREA directly as seller was not honouring refund. So very disappointed and we definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Mangishi-doll as it does not seem they can be trusted.
