Le contact avec Jenny était très facile. Elle est très disponible et repond à toutes vos interrogations. Le seul petit souci que j'ai eu c'est que j'ai mis les chaussures à peine 1h et j'ai dû les enlever très vite à cause de douleurs aux petits orteils. Je pense que ce n'est pas de sa faute. C'est juste cette paire de converse qui n'est pas adaptée. Il y a comme une sorte de petit caillou à l'extrémité où le petit orteil se loge et c'est ce qui me faisait mal. Sinon le délai de livraison était parfait aussi :).
