We are a couple of designers based in parsienne region. We mainly use ethnic fabrics like wax, bazin (African fabric), the madras. Concerned about the environment, I use in many of my creations "eco friendly" materials such as recycled wood. have a nice trip
I ordered a pant set and I have to say that the experience with this store is mixed. The whole in itself is satisfactory, I will have to resume the sleeves and the length of the top which I do not like but overall. I'm satisfied. On the other hand, in terms of communication, there are things to review. Too long response time to some messages, false information (I was told that my package left on a date when in reality it left a week later). In short, I was not satisfied with the communication with this seller. Reason why I remove stars.
J'ai passé commande d'un ensemble pantalon et je dois dire que l'expérience avec cette boutique est mitigée. L'ensemble en lui même est satisfaisant, je devrai faire reprendre les manches et la longueur du top qui ne me plaisent pas mais dans l'ensemble. Je suis satisfaite. En revanche, au niveau de la communication, il y a des choses à revoir. Temps de réponse trop long à certains messages, fausse information (on m'a dit que mon colis était parti à une date alors qu'en réalité, il est parti une semaine après). Bref, je n'ai pas été satisfaite de la communication avec ce vendeur. Raison pour laquelle j'enlève des étoiles.
