J'ai du venir vers eux directement après plus de 2 semaines pour savoir où en était ma commande. Délais de 5 jours pour la France non respecté. J'ai du batailler pour recevoir ma commande et de plus j'ai dû changer un article.
Bien qu'après cela le SAV a essayé de résoudre le problème mais déception pour 1ère commande

The delivery was a little late but finally arrived in advance of the estimated delay. The bag is very beautiful even if I am a little above the material used for the interior of the bag namely plastic whose smell is strong enough (but which will probably fade)
La livraison avait un peu de retard mais finalement est arrivée en avance par rapport au retard estimé.
Le sac est très beau même si je suis un peu dessus par le matériel utilisé pour l'intérieur du sac à savoir du plastique dont l'odeur est assez forte (mais qui s'estompera sans doute)
