J'ai commandé deux robes...la premiere m'est arrivée dans les délais, seulement elle ne correspondait en rien au modèle ( coupe et tissus), j'ai du renvoyer à mes frais ce premier colis...puis j'ai reçu le tout il y a maintenant quelques jours. Donc plus de deux mois de traitement pour une commande passé le 7 juillet 2019. Je ne peux pas dire que je sois satisfaite du résultat, en plus des nombreuses déconvenues que j'ai pu rencontrer. La coupe ...le modèle...de ces robes ne correspondent pas à ce que j'ai pu voir sur les photos du modèle...vraiment déçu surtout après cette attente.
Le seul point positif reste le tissu de très bonne qualité.
Mais c'est le seul point positif.
Par ailleurs, il m'a été proposé de me faire cadeau d'un sac en contrepartie de cette attente et de l'erreur de départ...il n'en est rien(peut être est-il en chemin je ne sais pas).

bonne continuation et espère qu'ils sauront tirer une experience de mon vécu pour mieux satisfaire leurs clients tant dans la qualité du produit que dans le respect des modèles proposés.
