Not at all, I bought a 1st time from them I had a problem with my order and I was offered in tote bag as a gift as an excuse. I was turned into a piss by telling myself that I was going to receive it for several weeks to finally tell me that my tote bag was in Paris and that I had only spent at the store .. I live in the south from France .. so I dropped .. I recommend to them hoping to have my tote bag in my package .. so I remind them the little story .. I am told no worries and that I will receive it with my order .. I received my parcel certainly .. but with kimono of lower quality than before and still no TOTE BAG ..
Pas du tout, j'ai acheté une 1ère fois chez eux j'ai eu un souci avec ma commande et on m'a proposé en tote bag en cadeau en guise d'excuse.
On m'a tourné en bourique en me disant que j'allais le recevoir pendant plusieurs semaines pour enfin me dire que mon tote bag était sur Paris et que je n'avais qu'a passée à la boutique..
Je réside dans le sud de la France.. j'ai donc laissé tombé..
Je recommande chez eux en esperant avoir mon tote bag dans mon colis.. donc je leur rapelle la petite histoire..
On me dit pas de soucis et que je le recevrai avec ma commande..
J'ai reçu mon colis certe.. mais avec des kimono de moins bonnes qualité que précédemment et toujours pas de TOTE BAG..

Attention toutefois à bien choisir la taille, je fais du 38 en France, j'ai choisi la taille L, elle me va bien mais c'est tout juste : il faut vraiment avoir une taille de guêpe pour les modèles portés haut.
