La communication avec la créatrice était bonne même si le temps de réponse était un peu long, elle a toujours répondu et a su me conseiller au mieux. Concernant la robe, j'ai eu une légère déception car elle ne correspond pas à l'image. Elle est en réalité bien plus foncée concernant les couleurs et elle semble fluide alors qu'en vrai, le tissu est beaucoup plus rigide. Raisons pour lesquelles j'ai enlevé des étoiles. Cependant, je la trouve tout de même très jolie et elle me va parfaitement. Le délai de confection et de livraison a été respecté. En résumé, c'était une expérience positive.
