I struggle with this rating. If I could give a 2.5 i would.The main reason for the lower rating is sizing and customer service. The size chart they use does not match what's on the site. The first dress i ordered according to the website size chart and it was at least 3 sizes too big. I paid to ship it back, gave them my chest measurements and now it is too tight. Original dress 5x, new dress xl. 2x probably would have been perfect.

Dress is beautiful and they did ship fast the first time. But ultimately, the sizing and wait for a replacement are the reasons for the lower rating. Makes my sad because I had planned to buy two more dresses from them. but not knowing if I can trust the size, makes it a no go for me right now.
