I am so UPSET, that I can barely speak.
I ordered this dress with custom measurements on June 13th, and was in communication with the Seller throughout the process. Today, the dress arrived, and to my HORROR, the dress is NOT customized to my measurements at all. This dress could fit a small cow and does NOT look like the dress that it is in the picture.
Firstly, I told the seller that my waist is 39 inches. This dress' waist is 46 inches! Next, if you look at the picture on the site, the waist seam of the dress is very clearly several INCHES below the pointed end neck decoration on the dress. On the dress that I was sent, the point is less than half an inch away from the actual waist seem. If I could upload a picture to show you, I would. This is absolutely disgusting! I wear an extra large in US sizes, and this dress has a tag in it that says 4X!!! It is impossible to even get this dress altered to fit me because the "waist" is so high that the opening of the pockets comes rides all the way up to under my ribcage when the dress is pulled in at the sides.
I want all of my money back. This is just deceitful! Oh yeah, and the sleeves go down to my elbows! Nothing like the picture!!
I received my package. The dress is beautiful but small despite the size S. I am 157 cm and 50kg. I will return the item and order the size above.
