Very good communication at first glance, their team is responsive. But big problem with cut and size. I have provided all the measurements to be sure to receive a suit that is suitable (request a top M to receive XXL or 3XL...). I asked several times if the measurements had been taken into account because it was for a gift. Upon receipt, the measurements were not respected at all. Too bad not to have simply explained that you could not ensure the measurements of this set, we would all have gained energy and above all I would have come back to order other clothes from you.

J'ai fourni toutes les mensurations afin d'être sûre de recevoir un ensemble qui convienne (demande d'un haut M pour recevoir du XXL voir 3XL...). J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises si les mensurations avaient bien été prises en compte car c'était pour un cadeau. A réception, les mensurations n'ont pas du tout été respecté. Dommage de ne pas simplement avoir expliqué que vous ne pouviez pas assurer les mensurations de cet ensemble, nous aurions tous gagner en énergie et surtout je serai revenu vous commander d'autres vêtements.
